The work
The operator is [LEGAL ENTITY TO CONFIRM]. Steadfast Men offers Christian formation for men: a training path, a book, and a free companion app. The writer uses the pen name Wes Hart.
The store
The website is the store. The apps are not the store. Training and the ebook are the goods offered for purchase. Paperback, the Wes Hart audiobook, YouTube, and the podcast may appear as placeholders until they are actually available. YouTube and the podcast are the same weekly two-host conversation, faces and audio. They are not a second lecture and not the audiobook. Public /downloads names the Account. The completion certificate is a member file after the training or the bundle, issued at week 24. An ebook-only purchase does not unlock it.
No live charges
This version does not take payment. Any checkout button is a labeled placeholder. Completing it does not create a sale, a license, or a refund right.
Digital goods (when live)
When checkout is connected, a completed training or ebook purchase will be a digital good. Access details will be sent to the email you provide and will live in Account. The finished-24 certificate is included with the training or the bundle after week 24. It is not sold on the public downloads page and is not included with an ebook-only purchase. Refund rules are on the Refunds page, which is also a draft until the first live charge.
The apps
The iOS and Android apps are free. There are no in-app purchases and no ads. We may stop offering an app build if the stores require it. The site remains the place of record.
Conduct
Do not use this site to harass, to scrape people, or to pass the work off as your own. The four marks are the spine of the teaching. The surrounding words are original to this work.
Texas only
These draft terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without a street address being published. Courts in Texas are the intended venue. This version does not offer terms for any other state.
